Willy's Mexicana Grill

Consistently annoyed by this place. Portions are VERY small, but quite pricey. First time ordering a burrito bowl, there was a plastic sticker in the bowl ended up getting a refund for that. This time, a taco salad. Taco salad comes in a soft burrito shell never heard of that with only a sprinkle of beef. The chips that come with the meal is extremely small as well. With their prices, you'd be better off going to Moe's or Chipotle....at least you'll get your money's worth.

Prior to this visit I had never been to Willy’s before. I’ve always been a Moe’s guy since it’s an Atlanta brand. The only reason I went here was because it’s next to my work place. Needless to say I was not disappointed. The food was amazing! The quality was as good if not better than Moe’s. The second time I visited I got chicken nachos which was mind blowing as well. The staff working was extremely pleasant both times. I’ll definitely recommend this to everyone.

Willy’s is my ALL time favorite restaurant. The food is phenomenal, the customer service is genuine …. The food is always fresh & breathtaking never had a bad experience. The store manager Chris is such a great guy I would highly recommend this location . If I could give a million stars I would thank you guys for all that you do!

I came to this location at 11:51 am on 5/22/2022 and the doors were closed and locked. I knocked on the doors and there were 2 gentlemen in red shirts that did not acknowledge me or come to the door to say anything. They proceeded to sit down and eat while a bunch of customers were outside waiting to come inside. These men were very rude! I will never come back to this location again.

My order did not include cheese. I received quite a bit of cheese in my order. Now I have to take my client to the hospital as she is highly allergic to cheese. I called and spoke with the manager. She hung up on me. What would you do? THANKS WILLYS!!!!!!!!! Check your orders here. The dairy products continue to be added when specified no dairy. Please willys employees and customers check your orders at this location.

Excellent quick serve Mexican food. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant. The staff was very cordial and friendly. I dined on the spicy chicken nachos which were made fresh to order and very tasty

Great location. Fast and well prepared. Love their veggie burritos. They have great ingredients...black beans, cilantro, queso, olives, jalapenos, pico...and different sauces. Friendly staff.

this pinto beans here are to die for so amazing definitely coming here again and recommending it

I came in for lunch, this is such a great staff!! Everybody was so nice and helpful with my questions, the service was quick, and the location was clean. I would 1000% recommend this location if you’re looking for a place in the area.
