BOLD Food and Drink

We have stayed at Aloft a few times and this was the first time trying BOLD (its right next to the hotel). The food was great. My steak was cooked to perfection and I liked the environment. The only thing I didn't care for was my steak being covered in some sort of steak sauce? It just didn't need it.. it was a good cut of meat made perfectly.

This is one of Cleveland's best kept secrets! We were staying in town at the Aloft hotel, right next door to Bold, it was way to cold to venture far so we decided to give it a try. From the minute we walked in the customer service was amazing. We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our time with the bartenders Danielle and Fielding. They made us feel right at home! The food came out fast and the drinks were on point. So much so that we stayed there until close. We will definitely be back the next time we go to Cleveland! Thank you Danielle, Fielding and the whole Bold staff!

You really shouldn't have to pay $18 for a burger, but if you do, this is the one you want. Cooked to perfection with 2 of the best slices of bacon I've ever had. The fries were fresh cut and nicely done, but a bit thicker than I prefer. Washed it all down with an Arrowood Cab, which I haven't had in 20 years, but was as good as I remembered. The bartender, Rachel, was very attentive and friendly. Great selection of bourbons. Neat ambiance. Would not hesitate to come back with others to rip into the lobster nachos.

Living nearby, I don't nearly give this place as much love as it deserves. Excellent decor. Excellent food, if you know which menu items to get. Great service. Their competitor next door has a slightly more consistently good menu, item to item,...but it's pretty much an embarrassment of riches in the area.

Ribeye and salmon were cooked to perfection and delicious! Nolan, our server, made the experience memorable. We highly recommend Bold (ask for Nolan) .....you won't be sorry!
