Great gourmet breakfast and Breakfast buffet. Accommodations are great and staff is really friendly and on top of their business.

I had a very nice breakfast here while we were visiting Cleveland. Flavorful "create an omelet" was certainly prepared with really fresh ingredients- fluffy, neither runny nor over cooked. My server was Cella, who was warm and helpful - which made it easier since I was dining alone. She even remembered my name when I came for breakfast the next morning! Actually, every person I came into contact there could not have been nicer, or more happy to help with whatever I needed. Great place.

The Extra star was because it was a very nice looking place. Apart from that I agree with other reviewers that it is sad to think someone visiting CLE would think this is who we are. Staff was inconvenienced by our stopping for a drink, the back of the bar was loaded with dirty glasses and I did not let my arms touch the bar.

From the first greeting at the host table, service left a lot to be desired. When we checked in for a party of 2, the host seemed disengaged and unsure of what to do. The manager (?) that brought us to our table was fabulous, but it was all downhill from there. Our waiter was anything but prompt. We asked to start with ice waters. Once we finally got them, they were tap water temperature at best. The food was decent, but not to order. My boyfriend ordered medium on the hanger steak; it came out well done. Both of our dishes were lukewarm temperature at best. It was quite poor customer service. I’m not sure what happened to our server, but our food ended up being delivered to us by the manager. Very odd experience over all. I’m not sure if they were understaffed, or just under trained. I’d expect much more for most restaurants, especially one within a Hilton Hotel.
