I went to the Godiva store in one of the main squares of Brussels to buy the famous Belgian chocolate for a Christmas present, I was looking for dark chocolate specifically, but for some reason, on all boxes of this dark chocolate, the expire date was 01/31/2023. The seller said that there were no others and I thought that I wouldn’t find one anywhere else and bought it, but walking further down the street I also found the store of Godiva brand chocolate in which the same dark chocolate had expire date till the April 2023. Later I decided to go back and return to this chocolate to buy in another store with a normal expiration date, but I was told by seller that the product cannot be returned back. therefore, I was very dissatisfied with this brand and, in particular, with the staff of this store, and not only do they keep goods on the shelves that will expire in a month and a half, but also the cost of the product is significantly different from the cost in another store of the Godiva brand, which was approximately 150 meters from this store.

You already know the brand but the customer service was on an another level! Great hospitality!

Super fresh and neatly racked collection of chocolates to suit all from classic milk chocolate to dark chocolate. Available in nice gift packing a d different sizes. Very good and attractive discounts if you buy 8n bulk for instance pack of 3 or 5 and so on for selected items. The staff is welcoming, smiling and helpful so a must visit tovthis place vs other chocolate.stores who can not be focused of customer service. This place has good customer service

Godiva Grand Place. This is a Godiva Store in the Grand Place area. The shop is small but quite representative of the Godiva good quality chocolate. The chocolate sells there could be bought in pieces and some are base on the weight, some other packed in a beautiful box or even luxurious leather box. Most of the Godiva chocolate is tastes good so they do not provide you with a tester to try, customers should believe what they buy is worth the price they pay. There's no chocolate drink nor chocolate ice cream, but you may find them at their other shops.

The quality of this chocolate is unbeatable. This is my all time favourite. What s best about this locations is that it s one of the few with chocolate covered strawberries all year round. And they are so cheap! 9€ for 8-10 strawberries. A real bargain. The chocolate is so smooth and tasty. Yumm

It's delicious, and at that time was my first time to try it and it's really tasty.

The place at the Grand Place. Not very fancy or spacious, but it has all it takes to represent the fine Belgian chocolate. The staff are polite. Highly recommended.
