At Bonita Dental Dr Tran and his staff provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry including dental crowns, implants and porcelain veneers. Paula is fantastic when it comes to explaining every step and detail of my coming up procedures. She was informative and helpful with my financing options. This state-of-art practice has a 4.9 average google rating and I am glad I found this gem. Thank you for the professional staff and representatives in the front. Warm and friendly customer service.
Very professional dental office. Front staff was very helpful and dental assistance went into detail about procedures needed. Paula provided me with financial options and payment plans. Dr truly gave me the best plan to fix my smile. Straightforward to what I need and can avoid.
Highly recommend! I have lots of anxiety about the dentist. After this visit, i have become an advocate. Dr Tran, and his staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and i believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my Best interest. Paula thank You for your help.
Perfect! Well explained with the procedures needed to achieve my Perfect smile. Bonita dental truly changed my experience from previous horrible dental offices. Paula, your dedication truly shows. Thank you for accommodating both of my consultations in one visit. Great team!!
Excellent experience and totally recommendable, the treatment, clarity in the information and the support that the dental hygienists Aylin and Paula gave me through the process was exceptional. Doctor is communicative and very attentive. Excellent professionals.
Great communication with the team in regards of my visits for treatment. Appointments were scheduled 2 weeks apart allowing me to work around my schedule. Nurses and doctors are extremely nice and professional
Double check your claims to insurance. We went it for a routine cleaning and they found a cavity. They said I would have to pay $112 for a small cavity repair to which I thought was very expensive comoared to other offices. I let them know I wasn't prepared for that expense at the time. Also an additional $40 was required to schedule an ortho consultation I told them I would shop around before making the appointment. Today I look at claims sent to the insurance and see one for a cavity filling. It stated patient responsibility was $56. Not only did they submit and collected for a procedure that was NEVER done but they also quoted me almost double the price of what I should've paid if the procedurewould've been done. When I called to speak with billing the front desk kept trying to make me tell her why I wanted to speak to billing... i said because I have a question on claims submitted she kept trying to ask which one when I simply wanted to compare what they had on their records to what I had on mine. She came back on the line and said billing was not available and would call me back. I proceeded to call my insurance provider to see if in fact a "cavity filling" was paid and processed and insurance rep confirmed it was. I explained the procedure was never done and so the insurance rep called the office herself and it's funny how billing was now available to speak. Paula from bonita dental was rude, stated that no monies was ever collected from me for the procedure as if that was to justify their dishonesty of collecting money from the insurance for something that was never done. She could've just as easily been apologetic if a mistake was done but she wasn't, she was rude in the most condescending manner possible to myself and insurance rep. I would never again come back to this office and an audit should be done to their facility. I would've gave Zero stars if possible
The best dental clinic in houston. Bilingual staff that allowed me to understand all the procedures i require. Easy payment plans and amazing staff. Thank you manager and paula for your dedication!
Went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled, they chipped my tooth and never fixed it, and they also caused me a root canal. Their concern for their patients are very low and they are very OVER PRICED.
Poor communication of payment process. First option is to always run social security number to obtain credit for procedures. Husband had procedure scheduled by office staff before total payment was paid. We asked when they called and before they scheduled it if he would be able to get everything done and still owe a balance they said yes. The story changed on the date of the appointment. Not in one follow up call was it discussed by the office that the remaining payment was owed the date of delivery. We advised that we could pay $500 today and we planned to finish the payment by July only 498 of an almost $2800 bill. They refused. Told us we would have to reschedule if not paid today. Zero empathy, zero service. I have no problem with following policy, however If paying in full before service delivery is the policy….. please be sure to properly train your office staff make it CLEAR IN THE BEGINNING to your patients and be sure to communicate that clearly during conversations. If you chose to come here make sure you have a super clear communication of everything because they won’t voluntarily tell you Information that you may need to know.
