Boost Mobile

I've been a customer of Boost Mobile for about 3 years now. We take advantage of all the upgrades and promotions given for being a loyal customer. Just purchased 2 more phones for our daughters and added them to our family plan.

The store is alwayz nice neatly put together to be such a smaller location... The customer service there is great as well and they're sooooo helpful to the point they don't mind trying everything they can to ensure you get the right help. Plus the location is in a safe shopping area where you might just want to in a different store to grab, food, groceries or even clothes and jewelry,get you hair cut or nails done., or or or hey you might need to drop off a letter or package at the post office across the street... I also like how the CSR'z at Boost reminds you of the dealz & Freebies they have available all in all you won't leave unhappy cause they won't let nor empty hand either.... lol

I felt so very comfortable and cared about when I came in to switch my number to a new phone. SindyC was very helpful and sweet. I will return next time I need something from boost. Even though I live quite a ways away.

Sindy and Khalid we amazing and treated me with respect and dignity for over two hours went over and beyond to help me. Definitely recommend this boost mobile store. BEST IN KANSAS CITY

My frist time going the ppl in this place where very friendly had some really good deals on phone services and adding lines but if gonna add lines make sure the ppl you get pay their bill

Because they are neat and tidy but vey knowledgeable about their product just didnt like the females attitude

Everytime I need something they go above and beyond their jobs to help me. Especially the manager AJ, really like this guy.
