Bad experience on Plaza. He said called the T-Mobile on nchurch had 17 n 200 in stock. Drove all the way from the Plaza to north and they never talk to talk anyone waste our going around. Disappointed
Phone carriers need to start paying us for the amount of time we spend having to sit on the phone or go in to the store to fix issues that they created. Absolutely ridiculous that I have never received a straight answer on any of my questions regarding our phone plan and billing
My phone had a problem recognizing my Sim card and they fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Thank you T-mobile!

Previous sprint store experiences have not been as good as this one. Even on a busy Saturday during a pandemic. They listened to my needs, solved my issues and didn't try to oversell or annoy me! Great job by Adrian and his managers.
Always something when we come into the Sprint store, always an issue. We've been Sprint Customers since pagers, do the math, that's 25+ years people. We should be grandfathered into all the latest deals and upgrades, but no....always a different change. WTFlipWilson, Sprint, get your sh!&$@#+ together!
Not open at posted times with no explanation as to why posted. Went there an hour and half past posted opening time and found doorsocked lights out.
