Boost Mobile Premier Store

Nice sized Boost Mobile store on South Broad Street, with friendly employees. Store is clean and inviting. The associate Jay was awesome and very helpful. They try to get you the best deal possible. The phone selection was pretty good, although they only had one phone left in stock that I wanted, I needed 2 for a family plan, so I didn't purchase.

I was having trouble with the phone I bought for my daughter for school. I switched it over to boost Mobile and the gentleman that I’m assuming is the owner could not have been more kind and generous with his time. I’m not what you call the technical wizard and he was very patient with some of my questions which I’m sure seemed should we say basic. I would recommend the store to anybody looking for an alternative to the higher priced carriers

Don’t ever go here, this place is a fraud. I paid for my friend one month and they kept and didn’t pay it.

Went in one night, they told me they can't let me transfer my phone number after 6:30 and to come back the next day, I call to make sure they have the phone I want in stock and they tell me yes. I come in and first they tell me they don't have the phone, they then ask me what phone company I'm trying to port in from and when I tell them simple mobile they say oh we can't accept a number from them anyway. The whole time they keep going in the back of the store talking and acting real shady. I call 2 other boost stores and neither of them have any idea why they would say I can't port in from simple mobile. At this point I'm so disgusted with boost I'll take my business elsewhere.

I would have given this location 5 stars if the previous manager, Eric and assistant Lex were still there; they know what customer service means. Even when Eric changed locations, he still assisted me with the problem I had with trying to switch over to a family plan. My recent visit on May 27, 2018 was not the same customer service I previously received. On this visit i had a billing situation that i needed assistance with the clerk stated he couldn't help but would call customer service. He dialed the number, handed me the phone and said you tell them your problem. I found the store clerk rude, unfriendly and lacked customer service skills. Boost Mobile do yourself a favor hire customer service friendly employees or make it easier to get in touch with a live person when you call your customer care line.

I love Boost Mobile the gentleman that I met was so kind and courteous and he took his time to explain everything to me if anyone decides to switch over you have to go to Boost Mobile they are the best

Every time I needed a phone they really helped me out in and out in 20 minutes with a new phone under $100 for everything best place in the city for a phone thanks guys

Watch out for the sale rep at this location.Dude is rude,unprofessional,liar and a thieve.To be honest I don’t know how this location still open,compare to other locations I’ve been.Be careful going into this store,you will save yourself a headache and a real bad experience.

Horrible customer service I bought an item needed to return it cause it was the wrong cord he said our store policy is no returns only exchanges I said where does it say that at ? Not posted anywhere the receipt said I had 7 days ...made me feel like smuck damn u sam Kim

i will never go to broadstreet store they charge me too much and change my number. i will never go back to that store.
