I went in the store today just to ask a few questions about reactivating my account and received some great customer service from a beautiful young lady named Asia. Asia was able to reassure me that my bill could be paid off and my internet could be transferred.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Representative Asia M was very helpful and knew how to get what I needed done without a problem and also in a timely fashion. Once again thanks again to the rep. Asia M

Today I had to go to a physical location in order to get my line switched to a different phone via esim. It's a fairly new post-paid account, and somehow, through its creation, I managed to forget my new pin as well. To make a long story short, to my massive surprise, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff here are obviously young, but it's their tech right? The kid that assisted me knew his stuff AND just as important, he had good customer service skills. My experience was great.

I recently visited the T-Mobile store uptown and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable especially vernell. He took the time to explain all the different plans and helped me find the best option for my needs. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The whole process of getting a new phone and transferring my data was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and a helpful team!

These dudes are TOP TIER, especially Vernell. Had a few hiccups trying to get a new iPhone added to my account online. went to the store, expecting to be in there hours. i don't even think i was in there 10 minutes. tempted to go back and add a second line! 10/10.

I had a real easy process switching over from Verizon to t-mobile thanks to Asia and I love my new services

This location was absolutely immaculate. Jalen, the Store Manager really blew me out the water with his professionalism. He assisted the rep who was helping me, from start to finish. And was there to answer every one of my questions. 5 star!!!!

Asia was very knowledgeable and informative. She handle my customer service issue and transaction quicker than I’ve ever experienced.
