Staff was super helpful in finding my mom the right pair of boots.  They even did a steam treatment to help soften the leather and recommended products to keep you boots in top shape.

The staff is phenomenal. I need a pair of boots and the lady working there made sure I had exactly what fit. She checked every aspect of the boot to ensure that it would fit perfectly. She was very knowledgeable about boot brands and had a solid opinion on every brand. She made sure I had the right stuff in order to clean and take care of my boot and gave detailed instructions on how to do it. She also helped me select a good pair of pants that fit me and feel tailored to me. Overall have had great experiences there and have gone back numerous times.

I was looking for some boots. Bought 2 pr very quickly. In & out. Don't like their boot jacks though.

Outstanding service and selection. Both Ms Pregosaurus and the assistant manager Don were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely shop here again. Check them out.
