Went into The store last night, I was welcomed and that was it. I was in the store looking around for over 15 minutes and could find no one to help. As I went to leave I saw the front counter full of people just talking and the same gal that welcomed me said “Have a good night”. Not once was I asked if I needed any help or asked if they could help me find anything. There were only a few customers at the time so it was not like they were overwhelmed. It was really disappointing customer service especially for the prices they charge in there.

I’ve been here two times now and great service both times. I needed a Stetson for my new CAV unit and this is the place to buy. This last time I needed it reshaped after my break-in and they do it on the spot. Awesome service!

Store is amazing, great boot selection, not a great work boot selection (big r is way better) . I walk in and see 4 young lady's talking behind the counter....it felt so high schoolish. It took everything for one of them to actually say Hi...like I interrupted there gossip time. Once I found someone who actually tried to help me it was great. I was very happy with her, and the Lady manager who was helpful as well. Would I go back, only if Big R doesn't have what I need. Prices are better than Boot Barn, and close to Big R.
