Rude customer service. Was told they couldnt take my boots back because they could tell they had been worn. Well if i wasnt sold the wrong size then i wouldnt of had to take them back.

Went to Boot Barn on Sunday PM, asked the young lady if she could get me a pair of boots from store in Rapid City, because I couldn't get any assistance in the Rapid City store, she took my name, phone # and which boots and size I wanted, told me they would be there on Tuesday the 25th of July. No calls by 12.30pm on Wed 26th, so I called and Megan said she would look, came back on phone said they weren't there yet, but would call me back today with info. No call back. Called on Thursday morning and Megan said she got busy and than went off shift is why I didn't receive return call. Visited with Tessa store manager and heard more about being understaffed and excuses, such as, manager from Rapid store was going to call me etc. This company is going to survive because consumers don't have many choices to purchase western boots and clothing, but unless I hear something to change my mind, they will survive without future business from me!! Very I satisfied customer that buys about 4 or 5 pair of new boots per year and many shirts and jeans😡
