Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I have worked in retail management for over 5 years. The manager Devin would not return 3 brand new shirts because 2 had no tags. They were all bought together less than a month before and all that I wanted was store credit. He was incredibly rude and did not even apologize once. These are the experiences that deter people into going online. I had shopped at this store at least once a month just to support a local store, that will no longer be happening. I would STRONGLY suggest getting some new leadership if you want to last in a town that retail is dying in general.
