Boscov's Travel

It's like an old people styled store, but for everyone and extremely cheap everything. Boscov's is awesome.

Got my honeymoon booked through Boscov's Travel. They spelled my last name wrong, and while I caught it and sent an email back correcting it months in advance, I was told it wouldn't lead to problems. Yet, when I got to the resort, the last name was wrong, and all my booked activities (through a registry) din't match my records. It was a real hassle. I also asked Boscov's Travel to have the Honeymoon perks, but never got them. I emailed them a few times on the trip to help secure this, but despite responses that they were working on them, they never came. At the end it occurs to me that there was no reason to use a travel agent. It could have all easily been done through the internet. It was just a bunch of dumb errors that could (and should) have been avoided.
