Bose Factory Store

Staff here seem a bit full of themselves, and moderately annoying with the sales pitches. Prices weren't great value for factory refurbs. The back room here had a fantastic home theatre set up which is the only reason to visit.

Steve was patient and knowledgeable. Store manager Melissa was also very knowledgeable, customer service friendly and blessing to have in store.👍🏽🤗

We went here to get headphones, the staff was very friendly and helpful in picking out our headphones. Plus we got 3 yr warranties for them, so if anything happens they are covered.

Just a nice setup with friendly and helpful staff. Stopped in to look at some head phones and there was no pressure, just help when I asked for it, none when I didn't need it. A really nice experience.

Check to see if there's any factory refurbished items on sale.
