I am not picky on foods at all and it’s safe to say that I didn’t have a very good experience with Boston Market this time. We ordered from DoorDash and they got us the wrong order with half of the order wrong. So my husband didn’t eat at all tonight.. as for me, I ordered their chicken noodle soup but it’s sour and tasted very bad and my husband told me not to eat that since I am pregnant and we are afraid this is not supposed to taste like that. As for their steamed veggies, I got a lot of small carrots which don’t look fresh… I didn’t have appetite neither. So we bought foods but we didn’t eat them at all..
This place use to be my favorite. Been several years since I've been to Boston Market so I swung in since I was on that side of town. Will be several years before, "If", I go back. Potpie was plentiful with fillings on the inside, cornbread could have been used for a hockey puck! I personally do not think that 644pm is to late, there should have been no excuse for the cornbread. Went through the drive through ad there wasnt another choice. Manager she at the window was mouthy. Glad I spent my hard earned money on hockey pucks and disrespect. Take note of the fork in the photos- no bread should ever be able to hold a fork like that. If an employee picks that bread up they know if its soft or brick hard. Horrible Coming back to add to the review. The day after I wrote this i got an email from a store representative asking I contact them to discuss. I emailed them immediately notifying them that they had requested I contact them so we could resolve. Management has yet to respond-
Just horrible.. I went today and the chicken you can tell is from days before, the Mac was stale and so was the corn and the mash. Sometimes the service was really bad but this was the last straw, will not be going there ever again.
I've ordered from here via Door dash in the past. Each time, items were forgotten. Last night, I utilized Boston Market website to order. They substituted 5 of the 7 items ordered, without calling to verify if the substitutions were ok or not. When people have dietary restrictions and food allergies, this is a big thing. I would've cancelled the order if I'd been given the opportunity. Instead, they sent a bunch of food that went into the garbage. I wasted a lot of money. I will never buy Boston Market food again. I wish I could get my money back! I wouldn't have had to pay a tip for a driver and I wouldn't have had to put out money for garbage. It's ridiculous that they seem to think it's ok to just substitute basically a whole order without talking to the customer. It also took 20 minutes longer than I was told to receive the garbage order. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND BOSTON MARKET TO ANYONE. DON'T ORDER. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. THEY NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT.
Call before you order online I ordered twice & they were closed even when WEBSITE said they were open. Should have learned my lesson the first time. WEBSITE BILLED MY CREDIT CARD BOTH TIMES. dash driver took pic today
The meatloaf was horrible! It was dry and parts of it was burnt. They didn’t provide any gravy and the meat looked compacted as though it were something other than ground beef. I also received a half done soggy chocolate chip cookie. They have no pride in what they’re serving. $14.48 for food I couldn’t eat.
Patiently waited 10 minutes in drive thru until I was able to order. When I ask for a family meal for 6 then I was told there is a wait. So I asked how long is the wait and the woman rudely repeated herself that there is a wait and raised her voice. I politely told her I understand stand there is a wait but how long is the wait? I already waited 10 minutes just to pull up to order so I'm clearly aware it wouldn't be quick. The rude response was...Mam we are short staffed and there is only two of us here. There is a wait! I asked again..... she said " ITS AN HOUR WAIT!" It is not my fault they are short staffed and during dinner rush. I used to come here all the time. I will not come back to that ghetto store again. They definitely need a change in management and a more professional crew.
Completely disgusting location. For a place where only drive through is open, the inside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. I am surprised they were able to pass their health inspection. The staff was not helpful or courteous on a delivery order I never received. I am glad I never received my food, I am sure I would have gotten for poisoning from it.
I love Boston Market and glad it’s close by. The food quality is deteriorating. The chicken was burnt and the cornbread looks flat like a brick. No longer looks like a mini loaf and looks undercooked. Beware!
I normally don’t post a review unless the service is really bad. Today a young lady at the drive-through made me feel rushed and like I was bothering her while ordering my food. Got my order wrong and I had to walk back up to the door and she acted like I was bothering her and was hardley even apologetic. As a general manager in my business I understand the importance of treating people well and appreciating their business. I would suggest as a business either hire people with better personalities or spend more time training them how to treat customers.
