I went in for the Veterans Day with my son. I asked for the Veterans Day special along with a separate meal for my son. I was asked what kind of toast I wanted and if I want my eggs scrambled with cheese. I gave to waiter my choices. When I received my bill it was an extra charge for the toast and extra cheese. When I went to pay the manager rung me out and I suggested that the waiters let customers know that toast and cheese are an extra charge. She then said "Well you need to read, it's still going to be 13 dollars" very rudely I said that's fine I'm going to pay "And you need better customer service as a manager". She went on about how she was a Veteran for 15 years. No one asked her that, she went on screaming with a restaurant full of people and a line out the door, in front of my child, I'm surprised her dentures didn't fall out. She needs to be fired. I made sure I waited on hold just to complain to corporate.
Took 15 minutes before drink order was taken then another 20 minutes before drinks came- they were no complicated: water, chocolate milk and one smoothie. A family who was seated after us already had their drinks and food. My husband asked to speak to the manager and the manager was very rude. Our server was nice and new which we understood but despite being busy there was no sense of urgency from any employee.
Restaurant appeared clean. We arrived and four employees at register including manager. It took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and seat us at a table. Server took our order, someone else delivered food and we had to look for server to get our bill! It would have been nice if someone had actually cared if we needed anything, i.e., butter for bisquits, drinks, etc. we won’t be back!
I just had the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. I placed an order on the at at 6:18am for pick up at 7am, just to be rudely informed, by Heather, when I called at 7am that I would have to come in for my curbside pick because she only had one server. I say ok and then walk into the store. As I walk in Heather states that my order was not ready due to the restaurant not being open until 7. Why didn’t she say that over the phone? Who knows. Every time she speaks to me it is in a very rude tone. As a paying customer I should not be subjected to such behavior. I proceeded to ask for my order to be cancelled and for verification of the cancellation. She states that due to me ordering online she is unable to provide me with verification, because she would need to go online herself to cancel said order. So I leave. I live 8 minutes away from this location. Before I can make it to the half way point Heather calls me to tell me she has canceled my order, but I had already received the email where she placed untrue comments on why I wanted to cancel my order. I hope this establishment gets better management.
It's Denny's. Ihop is better but farther away from us. Food is sometimes too greasy or doesn't have enough flavor. Service is hit or miss; we've had some crabby waitresses and some really nice ones. Atmosphere can feel a little hectic and noisy.Food: 3/5
Placed a over the phone order Jan,21st and sent my daughter to pick my order up and it was never prepared. My daughter asked if they could tell her why not and the manager stated yelling and getting smart about how swamped they are and she can just wait. As she was on the phone asking me should she wait I heard her yelling I don’t care who she called tell them I said hello! Never is behavior like this acceptable smh
We went here Wednesday Nov. 16th around 1 pm. The waiter was nice but not very good. It took to long to get drinks. Never gave us napkins. Food was horrible also and not worth the money. My biscuit and gravy was so bad that I couldn't even cut the biscuit with the fork since it was so hard. Waited it seems forever for food. Stay away from this Dennys.
Sat at our table for at least 10 mins before even having our drink orders taken. Got a server that didnt understand English. When she brought the drinks she spilled both drinks when she brought them to the table and then she left. Food was thrown together. Only brought us 1 meal when we ordered 2 as there are 2 people at the table. So my fiance gets to eat while I have to wait. Dishes aren't even cleaned enough. I found left over food from vegetables when I had a breakfast meal and no veggies Dont eat here...not worth the time or money. All I wanted was a quick nice meal to celebrate a special occasion and instead I get ^^? Then when discussing it with a white older female manager I get a snobby attitude and disrespectful and gave me a whole fricken %10 off...when I couldn't even enjoy meal...what scum wow way to PUSH A CUSTOMER AWAY FROM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!
Food was ok, servíce was slow. Service was slow due to staffing levels, not because of kid. He and manager did best anyone else could do.Food: 4/5
