Boston Smoke Shop

This is a review for all of the Boston Smoke Shops. The products here are slightly overpriced, and the staff, generally speaking, don't really know about the products they sell. A few times, I've talked to very helpful employees who know what they're talking about. Also, they have a no exchange or refund policy, so I would be cautious about buying any expensive vapes here.

The $10 glass pipe case there is a fantastic value! Wow, you will feel great about your purchase. Many of those pipes could easily be sold for 30 or 40 bucks. Feel free to ask for products containing thc also, if you're into that

This place is a total rip off. Bought a really nice piece that was very expensive and I went home and noticed that the piece was leaking water all over the place and there was a huge crack running down that base. I only used the piece twice and went back to try and get my money back or an exchange or something and they said that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. They person that I went to about the exchange said that management made it so that as soon as you leave the store, anything you purchase is no longer their responsibility, even for something as simple as a lighter! The person that sold it to me never told me about this policy which seems like something that should be disclosed at the time of purchase instead of claiming that there are signs everywhere and that makes this even more frustrating. Basically, I wasted a lot of money on an already overpriced piece and I'm stuck with a broken piece. Never want to take my business here again and hope that management can change their policies so they stop screwing people over...

Not the most knowledgeable folks in the glass/pen/vape game. Went there and bought a battery for a new pen cartridge I received. Was guaranteed what I bought would work or I could do an exchange. Issue is the product doesn’t work as my skepticism proved correct and they couldn’t exchange the product for what I needed. $20 wasted on something I’ll never be able to use. Take your time and travel a few more stops on the green line to Kenmore. Blue Moon or Sugar Daddy’s has a better supply and staff that knows their product.

If you like pre broken pipes this is the place for you. About 72 hours ago I broke my long time piece and was very sad. I went to the shop bought a pipe with a slight crack in the joint I figured they wouldn’t sell it if it was pre broken but alas here I am two days later with a broken pipe. Terrible product, but the employees are nice.

Place is a disaster. I bought a vape there. After a couple days, it was sitting on a table and spontaneously started heating up glowing red and smoking. I brought it in and they tried to tell me it was my fault. They didn't offer my money back, rather gave me a used one that didn't work. I brought that one back and they insisted on telling me that it worked and I just had to charge it, which I did and still didn't work.

Every time I try to give this place another try, they are always lacking in the most basic smoking supplies. There are so many better, more helpful head shops in Boston.

expensive, but with good variety. i wish they had a wider selection of cheaper single-use, or grab-and-go kinda of stuff. currently? cant touch anything on display, and everything else is behind glass, nothing has a price tag or label: a museum. it shouldnt take this long 35 minutes to price-compare a basic $20-30 purchase.

This place is amazing so far all of the shops that this company has are incredible and so nice and the people who work in them are awesome and honest and will answer any questions u have and never push u to buy things and they don’t rush u out the door and they make sure they explain everything

This is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced, they sold me a hookah with a downstem piece missing and I have been to the store 3 times because they keep telling me to come back for the refund because supposedly the manager is not there and im still in this look with a useless hookah, a lot of headache and no refund so far
