Bountiful Drug

Thank you to the pharmacy staff who went above and beyond to provide a much needed medication.. even at the very end of the day leading into a holiday weekend. Thank you!

These guys are amazing. The pharmacy and customer service staff are just wonderful. They are caring and pro-active and so helpful. I'm terminally ill and I am homebound and sick most of the time. So, they go above and beyond to handle and deliver all my medications to me. And I have several of them, so it's not always an easy job. I have struggled with other pharmacies, but these guys take such good care of me. I am just so grateful for all that they do. You guys are the best!

WORST Pharmacy ever! They are so rude, and give you hell when trying to do a return!! I had been exposed to COVID, so I had my dad go there to do a return for me, but he didn't have my debit card with him, so they wouldn't do it...this was 3 days after I made the purchase as well. So, when I was feeling better, I went back to do my return, and they DENIED it because it had been 18 days. UNREAL. The items were 100% still brand new, and it was obvious that it didn't use either item. Still, they said, I'm sorry, but we cannot return these items neck brace and an arm sling . The reason they declined my return? They said sometimes ppl will buy things, use them and then return them, when they are no longer needed. TOTAL INSULT. Anyway, it was $36 of my HARD EARN money, but I walked away and let them KEEP the items. I will NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN....BUYER BEWARE! The lead Pharmacist female was totally and completely RUDE. You will be treated so much better at SMITH'S PHARMACY. Don't give this place your business because if you decide you want to get your money back - you won't!

This Pharmacy used to be pretty good. That is, until the owner took over,Mary who also happens to be a Pharmacist herself. If there was one word to describe her, it would be "beast". Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unconcerned about how she is conducting herself and how her pharmacy is operating. The other pharmacists are nice, but make errors such as tell you they are ordering in your medication, and to come back in 3 days and then you show up a week later only to be told they are ordering in your meds and know nothing about the previous order. No big deal right? Its only your time. Which obviously means nothing, and a waste of your gas. Then, when you question how such an error occured, The owner Mary will send a nasty note about your spouse to their doctor and tell the doctor how they will no longer fill prescriptions because of an "incident" that occured with your spouse. Produced by Mary herself, when in fact your spouse had no interraction with her, or anyone else there at all. Of course, they do this the day your out of medication causing a scramble with the doctors office. Only use this pharmacy if it is the last one in a 3 state radius, and you will die without your medicine or you are gluton for punishment.

This is the only pharmacy I will ever use! They are always fully staffed and are so quick to get my prescriptions filled. The minute you walk in the door someone is there to help you. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and kind and take time to answer your questions. I read some of the bad reviews on here and I don't know what those people are talking about! I've been using Bountiful Drug for years and have only ever had great experiences!

I used this pharmacy to fill my daughters prescription that ran out while we were on vacation from Florida. Everyone was incredibly helpful and filling the prescription was such a breeze. The owner Mary was so welcoming, knowledgeable and easy to talk to when I picked up the medication. I'm so grateful they were able to help me out and can't thank them enough!

The owner Mary is the most caring pharmacist. She remembers us every time we go in. I trust her with my entire family’s medications. She always spends extra time with us and is so happy to help every time. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

I've always had a great experience at Bountiful Drug. The staff is helpful & friendly. I get text alerts to let me know when my prescriptions are ready so I don't have to wait around. I couldn't be happier with their services. Bountiful Drug takes care of all my needs be it a prescription, compound or health supplement. The staff is very knowledgeable about each product and happy to answer all my questions. I wouldn't dream of taking my business elsewhere. Keep up the great work, Bountiful Drug!

WOW!!! This is what a pharmacy should be! The woman that owns it Mary was so knowledgeable. She helped me with all of my questions, and I had many. I live far away but visit Bountiful often. I needed some help one day and went in. I was so impressed that I am transferring all of my prescriptions to Bountiful drug. Plus, they will ship my monthly medications to me if I can’t make it out to Bountiful. They also do flu shots. I’ll be taking my family there next month for those. Like I said...WOW!!! Also, they sell smarty-suckers my son’s favorite. I usually have to go to a specialty candy store for those. Thanks Bountiful Drug!

I sent my teenage daughter to pick up a prescription that the doctor had called in for her. She came home in tears. There had been a mixup at the doctors office, and the staff at the Bountiful Drug was not only unhelpful, but they were very indiscreet. My daughter was mortified when they started yelling back and forth about a prescription wart cream not the right prescription, BTW. Also, the woman she talked to wasn't wearing a mask. I was on the phone with trying to work out the misunderstanding with the pharmacist, and I mentioned to him that she wasn't wearing a mask. He denied this. I learned that after I got off the phone with him, he marched over and lectured my TEENAGER about how it didn't matter if the employee was masked, because the mask mandate was ending on April 12th. It's April 6th. Never again.
