Bowtie Express Car Wash

Needs maintenance badly. Will likely scratch your paint. My wife car got scratched going through the automatic wash. I've always used the manual wash with no issues, but just got scratches in my paint this time. And yes, I sprayed the brush heavily before I used it. It's just an old carwash and it looks like they've never replaced the brushes. Or replace them every 10 years. Try a newer place unless you have an older car with bad paint already.

This is my first visit and I will definitely return, this is the cleanest any carwash has gotten my truck. Got the brake dust off my rims even! They also scrubbed the front of the truck before sending me through. Only had to go once through.

The two self service bays are really dirty and not kept up. Half the setting don't work or are inoperable. Brushes are in bad condition. Overall the experience of trying to do it yourself and then having to pay more money because of the bays conditions is a little crazy.

Technician carelessly broke my wiper blade with his mop. I saw him do it. Manager blamed manufacturer. Not taking responsibility for one's actions is lame.

Former employee name is Derek Wright still to this day out of all the new car washes no one still does a better job than bow tie they spend a little extra time and getting the bugs and the rims on my car the best I've ever seen always be my favorite

I have used Bow Tie for 7 years always on top of the game. But I’m sorry to say the service has went down hill the last 6 months. You ask the the workers to spray a little extra in a spot it never gets done. I got home today grass still all over the passenger door I ask them to spray. Not to many more strikes 3 strikes you’re out !!

The Express Wash is top notch. The gentlemen who wait on me are very friendly and helpful. They do a quick swab down by hand to remove anything stuck on or in recessed areas as the automatic cycle begins. At the end the vehicle is blown dry for a virtually spotless finish.

TERRIBLE. If you value your car go elsewhere. Went through car wash and they took paint off my 3 year old vehicle. They refused to pay for it. Manager not customer friendly.

If you want a real car wash this is where you go I had traveled to South Carolina and had a lot of bugs on my windshield they made sure that they were all gone before going through attention to detail they are the best
