Deno's Car Wash

Trash cans were overflowing. And the scrub brush produces and exorbitant amount of florescent pink soap that will drip off your car in huge drops and splash on your clothes and stain them and your skin a lovely pink. Update also found out it leaves a bunch of pinkish purple stain under the hood of the car. NICE

Should have read the reviews first, but not only did the 8$ Supreme wash charge me 10, it also didn't do much of anything. This "tire wash" is a joke. Will never be back here and will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

As others have stated. I used the auto car wash and was over charged 2+ dollars more than the service I had selected. Then it conveniently doesn't print out a paper receipt so unless you check your bank statement you wouldn't know. I had called the number listed several times and no one answers. I will be disputing this with my bank and hopefully get this resolved. There are far too many other car washes around town to have to deal with this .

The touchless was works well for me. BUT, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO REPAIR HUGE POTHOLE AT END OF WASH. My car will bottom out in it. Other cars hit it and splash dirty muddy water on just washed wheel, tires and side of vehicle. I have to carefully skirt around it.Service: Auto detailing

Anyone looking for a pet wash don't come here. Pet wash has sign on door say says out of order. I have a question for the owner- When will pet was be repaired?

I paid $10 for a car wash that didn't wash my car. Called them 3 times and never heard back from them. Photos are before and after said car wash. Bet you can't tell a difference. And yes I paid for the undercarriage wash. If they would have at least called me back, review might not be so bad. Poor customer service, it's been a month!

I went to the car wash for the $8 car wash. I put four dollars in cash and then went to deposit some quarters. When I tried, there was a metal piece sticking out that cut my finger which bled profusely. Since it wouldn’t take my quarters I had a $4 balance because I had already paid $4 in cash for the $8 car wash. So I used my credit card to pay the remaining $4 balance. Then it gave me a dollar back in quarters once it processed my credit card. I looked at my Credit card statement and it shows a $10 charge so now it looks like I paid $13 for an $8 car wash. I would like a refund back to my credit card. Also you need to do something about that metal piece before it hurts someone else. I emailed the business last week and have not received a response!

The self wash bays work well and have good pressure. However I often get overcharged even after checking to make sure it's stopped. Because there is no phone number to call I use my credit card and file a dispute each time it happens. I encourage everyone to do the same. Edit 12/26/2022*** no more overcharging in a while since 2020 but often runs out of soap.

This was once one of the better self service car washes in the area. I’m not sure if there was a change of ownership or what but the last 3 times I’ve been, the wash bats are always full of mud, certain chemicals will not properly spray from the pressure heads, and all of the equipment is in terrible shape. I always recommended this place to people in the past but now they’re on my list of places to avoid.

I have used Deno’s Car Wash several times because it is locally owned and close to home. As much as I would like to…..NO MORE! Every time I go there something is not working on the manual car wash side…..I have had the high pressure rinse blow out soap, spot free rinse not work at all or shoot out a trickle of water, yesterday the triple conditioner blew out blue conditioner…..but only for a couple seconds and then it would blow air for 5-10 seconds….. then to top it off …..today I see a $10 charge on my debit card…….I stopped the wash at right under $7.00…… and I pushed the button to stop the wash and stood there to ensure it stopped…… So, Deno’s got me for $3. I’m not one that normal does reviews, but I have reached out to the customer service number they have posted, left messages in the past….no call back. I want Deno’s to be successful and do well in J-Town….. It’s really convenient for me…..But until things work…..and the card reader issue is fixed….I’m going to stay away.
