Really good class! Intense and sweaty fitness boxing followed by relaxing yoga session! Only issues are 1 the bags are way too close to the wall which makes it impossible to box correctly 2 no guidance on boxing technique 3 very crowded especially in the morning
WOW what an incredible workout and feels. Liv has captured the balance of ying/yang with boxing and yoga. A rare encapsulation of flowing through the fight and surrendering to feel fully. Highly recommend
I recently started going to box and flow a little over a month ago and have become totally addicted! I love the mix of a hard work out then ending the class with some yoga to ease your mind. It is the perfect mix of yin and yang. The studio recently got a makeover and is even better than it already was! I highly recommend!
Love this class! High intensity to start, followed by three rounds of bag work and finished with an amazing 20 minutes of yoga. Great for boxing beginners to learn the basics and hone their skills. The mixture of activities is great and really gives you a full body workout. Impossible not to feel stronger after you leave this class!
Mayra and Rich are amazing. So inspiring. You leave there dripping with sweat but energized.
I love this studio! The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The instructors take the time to get to know you and make sure you are using correct form! I highly recommend for anyone looking to try boxing or get a taste of yoga.
It's my favorite workout because I love boxing and need to improve yoga. Not only does it challenge you physically, but mentally to transition from one workout to the next. Last but not least, the main reason you come here is for the people that run that place. Love everyone who works there and they make you feel at home
