Not only a fantastic workout, the vibe and energy here is infectious. Everyone is super friendly. I’m getting into the best shape of my life. Will certainly be coming here consistently!!!!
Today was my 1st day here , and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in everyone is highly attentive. The class In general is very energetic. I loved the extra push at the end . You get everything you need in a full workout here. I highly recommend anyone to check this place out .
Grit Bxng is an amazing workout!! You get everything you need in the class from the weights to boxing to running. The classes I’ve done have been challenging, but rewarding. The environment in the gym is awesome. Everyone is welcoming and it’s a great place to hang out with friends. Highly recommend!!
