City Row is great! The instructors put a lot of emphasis on form which is important. The machines themselves are great. They make it really easy to track your progress and tell how hard you're really working. It's a fun class. Definitely recommend rowing over spin class - it's a lot harder to cheat.
Bought a 5 pack through Gilt City and have really enjoyed adding this to my routine! I sweat like hell in class and always feel fully 'worked out' when I leave. The instructors are fantastic and are great at pushing the class. Definitely plan to continue layering these classes into my routine!
Their classes always push me to my max! I love the variation between rower and mat. The teachers are motivating and space is clean and crisp and airy, equipment in super condition! Small class size too. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I expected a true grind but definitely not the case. It was one of the best workouts I’ve done recently. If you want to take your fitness to a different level, you have to try City Row. Thanks for the experience!
A great full-body workout incorporating rowing, free weights, and some yoga that becomes very addictive very quickly. Every instructor I've had has been great, both informative and friendly. I recommend doing the Fundamentals class first if you're not used to rowing in order to get the proper form down.
