Was charged an excessive amount for Braces for my daughter $8800. They even told me she didn’t need braces for her bottom teeth. That’s a lot for just the top. After I left I called several other places to get second and third opinion. One office informed me a worse case scenario would cost $6800 for braces. The other office said it would be about the same. Called Dr. Boyd office back for an explanation but to no avail. WHY?

Deanna and Brooke are angels! I called because my bracket broke and I was in pain. They were closing soon but waited for me to come from downtown and had me in and out in minutes! Love their practice and service

STILL “5” STARS First reviewed 1 April 2019. Followup Review 30 Jan 2023. So I lost my retainers and I called up Boyd Orthodontics and as usual, they did an AMAZING JOB!! Top-notch service from entrance to exit! I received new retainers the same day at an excellent price. However, I went back 3 days later because I was concerned about the fit as my teeth had shifted. Dr Boyd personally made sure I left that office a completely satisfied client. Even with his level of prestige, he takes the time needed for each client’s concerns. HE CARES and wants it DONE RIGHT! The staff are a direct reflection of his professionalism, genuineness and compassion. I would definitely recommend Boyd Orthodontics for your Orthodontic needs.

I cannot recommend them enough. I used them for Invisalign and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they always got me in and out of my appointments very quickly.

When I say they Rock!!! It's an understatement!! I literally had a consult for my son at 12pm on Today for braces...to prevent him from missing any days from school they allowed me to come back at 2pm for him to get his braces!! Regan, Dr.Scott, and Deanna were Awesome!! The reviews they had that had alot to do with me determining this office did not fail me at all!!! Thanks so much!!! I called Boyd Orthodontics for replacement retainer after I lost mine. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and even worked around my class schedule to fit me in for an appointment because she knew I was a college student. Upon visiting the office for my appointment, I was warmly greeted by three woman at the front desk. They had big smiles and took the time to ask me how my day was. It was a memorable first impression. The nurse that took my impressions was also super personable and made me feel really comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Boyd came over and introduced himself to me and made sure my impressions looked good. He too was super friendly, professional and thorough. All of the staff made an effort to welcome me into the office. I was able to pick up my retainer that same day which was so convenient. Thank you Dr. Boyd and his staff for making my visit so comfortable and amazing! You guys did an awesome job on my new retainer and I would recommend Boyd Orthodontics to anyone living in the Columbia area!

I was a patient at Boyd for about a year and the change that I went through was very fast and every time I went everyone was so polite my favorite person there was shala she made me laugh endlessly and helped me so much I feel more confident now than I was before Boyd orthodontics. My daughter was so excited to get her braces this year. After researching several places, I am so happy that we chose Boyd Orthodontics. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! They all have great smiles, too, lol! I love that the doctors always leave us well-informed after every visit.
