Ellis Robert H III DMD Dntst

My oldest has been going to Dr. Ellis, Green, and Jenkins since 2014, my youngest since 2017. We sure do miss Dr. Reaves but absolutely LOVE Dr. Patangan! I love how the techs and Dr's interact with the children to make them feel comfortable and makes it fun for them while doing their cleanings and exams. My girls have no fear at all of going to the dentist and I love that about this place! They make it fearless for my family and I am grateful. The wait times are not long, and they even have a movie and game room. My oldest loves the fish tank they have, and always has to go check on the fish before she leaves.

The absolute best pediatric dentist! Dr. Amy and team are always so pleasant, friendly and professional. I started my daughter's dental care here as a toddler and continuing now at 15. Comfortable sitting areas and there's also a media room AND a mini arcade room with classic games! A very knowledgeable staff providing great care and service on every visit!

We have been going here for the last 15+ years and have been very happy with the office, staff and care they provide. They always get you in and out quickly. The dentists are always personable and help the children with any anxiety issues. They are absolutely the best pediatric dentist office.

I have been bringing my daughter here since she fell and injured her mouth at the age of 1. I came in worried it wouldn’t go well because of the injury and the staff quickly changed that! They were amazing! Now she is 6 and I wouldn’t hate to have to take her any where else. She’s excited each time we visit and it starts with checking in, so we appreciate Sarah for her friendly personality every time!

Our children recently visited and received wonderful care. The wait time for the appointment was also very short. We were in and out of the door in less than 35 minutes. Highly recommend this pediatrician dentistry for the greater Columbia area

The nurse and dentist made my daughter feel extremely comfortable. I mean I never heard of a child crying because they have to leave the dentist. Everyone was so nice and kind and we were in and out.

Office staff is very unprofessional. Dental assistant scraped my 7 year daughter back gum and they failed to inform me of this. When I returned to ask questions and to receive help for my daughter’s bleeding mouth I was told the X-ray showed she had a gum flap before she had her routine cleaning. I’m very concerned why the dentist failed to tell me that my daughter was bleeding. Received a letter in the mail about a week later stating that my family was removed from the practice after 18 years of my family being patients. Never allowed me to fill out a incident report to file claim instead the manager of the office stated the reason for my family dismissal is because someone called and stated, “the manager doesn’t want none of us” . When I then told the office manager that was false she then claimed that her staff doesn’t lie and that children do lie all the time . I’m very sad they could treat my family this way . Still haven’t been allowed to file a claim .

My daughter has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but the doctors and hygienists here did everything they could to make her comfortable. They were cheerful and friendly, told her what they were going to do before they did it, and were very patient with us.

My daughter had her first appointment today ! Everyone was very sweet, Dr. Vanessa was very informative and made sure you checked everything. We are so happy to be apart of the family!

We were blown away by the care and service we received at this office. From the start, we had a wonderful lady who was both fun and patient with my kids as they did their x-rays. I have one child with severe anxiety and they were more than accommodating with him. Then, one after one each of my kids were whisked off with a hygienist to begin their cleanings. It was SO efficient. Even better, each time they ASKED me if it was okay to take the kids back. I have never be treated with such dignity and respect by a dental office. And I was able to watch over all of my kids at the same time during their cleanings. I truly appreciated not having to choose which child to watch over. Dr. Caroline Branchal was kind and straightforward. She showed and explained everything she discussed with me. She gave me alternative ideas to try before starting treatment, which most definitely made me feel like they weren’t here to “nickel and dime” us. She made me feel comfortable and informed. The facility is obviously amazing. There is a movie room and a game room. They have some smaller toys out front as well. Everything is clean as well. They definitely considered all ages of children when they designed this office. Finally, check out was more than I could ask for. They thoroughly explained my insurance, the fees, and future potential fees with a treatment plan. My kids left with t-shirts, goodie bags, and a mom who was more than satisfied with the knowledge and care this team gave us. All the stars for them! I will recommend all my friends to this office.
