"Ask for Gary"... there are 3 of them. I got to interact with 2/3rd's and they each helped me get the hood for my '98 Accord with great ease. I originally went to get small hardware pieces but was told they only carry auto body parts and not the small hardware (bumper retainer clips, nuts, bolts, etc...). After seeing how large the warehouse is I asked about the hood. Gary gave me a nice discount for one he had in stock and the other Gary helped me tie it down to the roof of my car. I was able to quickly go to the local salvage yard (J&J Auto Wreckers) and pay a couple of the guys $30 to remove the old beat up hood and install the new one. I found the part that I needed and paid it at good price, but cheaper than other places so it's a good place to get parts
