Worst experience ever. Not even deserve 1 star .Staff were very unprofessional. Price displayed online is just to bring customer in and then they make fool of customer and add irrelevant fees once you visit them. They try to get down to numbers first without giving test drive. They dont even know how to talk to customers. Highly recommend to stay away from this dealer.

I have been having the WORST experience of my life with Xtreme Auto Sales in Jamaica Queens, NY while purchasing my 2014 Honda Accord. I have been over promised and under delivered in all ways. I have been taken advantage of in every way possible, and At this point I have no choice but to take legal action.
First lets discuss the price of the vehicle. The advertised price of the vehicle was $12,890 they require a “minimum down payment” of $2,500, in addition I was told I received a student discount of $500 that I was never deducted. Instead of being taxed on the $12,890, $15,390 was instead taxed; My tax total came to $1349.38 even though NY and queens county sales tax is 4.375% on the purchase of a vehicle. I paid $22,00 for a car that was advertised as 12,000 🤔 So none of the advertised prices are real.
Second lets discuss the condition of the vehicle. Upon purchasing my 2014 Honda Accord Sport with 25,000 miles it was not in the best of conditions. there was cosmetic damage as well as problems with the brakes, battery alignment and tires. I made these problems aware to the dealer and they told me that I could come fix them without a problem. That day I had my alignment done at their mechanic. I had my Honda Accord inspected by Honda and they confirmed and wrote a written report that my vehicle had a number of problems. First they stated that my vehicle has more than likely been in an accident because something is causing the alignment in the rear to be off in a strange way in addition they noticed that the paint job in the rear was different from the rest of the car. Second on the report they stated that I needed new tires and brakes and a new battery.
I contacted Xtreme Auto Sales and let them know that I was a number of days out of warranty however the problems that I am having with my car are ones that I made them aware of prior to the 30day warranty expiring and asked if I could still bring my Accord in for service. I was told to contact the service manger Manny, I called Manny on a Friday and explained the situation, he told me to bring my car to NY Monday morning at 10am and he would take care of everything.
I arrived at extreme auto sales around 10:30 Monday morning from Connecticut. With my inspection in hand I meet with Manny who drove my car and told me that it was “fine”. I let him know that my brakes were really bad along with the other problems and I told him that I had an inspection from Honda, His exact words were “You didn’t get the car from Honda you got it from us, therefore we cant go by what they say” I let him know that this was unacceptable and he told me that he could not approve any repairs without the finance manager MOE, it was 10 am and Moe does not come in until around 1pm. He told me for the sake of saving time and because I drove all the way from Connecticut I could go to the mechanic and have him look at my brakes until we wait for MOE I asked him to call him and his exact words were “ I cant call him because we are not friends, that’s my boss” I went their mechanic down the street where he confirmed that I need new brakes. Manny let me know that we still had to wait for Moe to confirm the repairs, I SAT OUTSIDE THE MECHANIC FOR THREE HOURS waiting for a call and no one called me. I called Xtreme and spoke to the finance mangers brother who told me that he would get in contact with someone and then call me back. No one ever called me so I left the mechanic.
I returned home and my car died on me twice, after the third jump start I took it upon myself to buy a new battery, I went to Advanced Auto Parts in Milford, CT and spent 100.00 out of pocket on a new battery, while changing my battery the saleswoman noticed my plates said Xtreme Auto Sales, she let me know her boyfriend bought a car from them as well and also had a horrible experience where she felt as though she had been “ripped off” I have meet multiple people who have shared their bad experience with this dealership. Once again I feel ash though I have nowhere to turn therefore I am perusing legal action. STAY AWAY!

I had bought the most expensive car on the lot, Good sale, warranty bumper from the dealer, and I must say they got me into the car with a good interest rate. Mo did a lot of work that he didn't need to do. Thanks for being humble...

I recently brought a car from Xtreme auto sales, they were very professional. Ali Kazmi was very patience as I looked around their lot and was very knowledgeable despite it being his first day their. I left with a 2016 Honda Accord sport and I'm extremely satisfy with the deal I got. Being that the car is basically brand new I feel very secure with my purchase but further more it was a good shopping experience and I recommend this place to anyone in the market for a car.
