Love this place! Bought a car 7 years ago and came back today to switch for a new one. I refuse to go anywhere else. Staff treats you like family but I have to say Jay was great!! Helped me find the perfect car for me & even better to land a great deal on it! Thanks Jay!!! 🙌🏼

I worked with Eli at this dealership and he was awesome! I was able to walk out with the car and offer that worked for me. I am very skeptical about dealerships, but between him and Cassandra, my process was easy. A little busy on weekends, but this was worth the wait. (In other words, it was lit)

I received the best service at hillside Auto mall. Eric and jay helped me out alot and i greatly appreciate that especially since this is my first car i bought for myself so i want to say thank you. Although Eli Torres was instrumental in getting me a good deal on my purchase or actually the financing of the 2014 Honda Civic, it was not sold to me at the on-line special price of $9,999.00, which I was expecting. I only discovered what I considered was an error when I got home that evening, after sitting at the dealership for close to four hours. I was requested to sign all the finance papers prior to the input of the purchase details, which was never verbally indicated (except for two references of $10,000.00) and I naively complied. The Special sale did require the presentation of a copy of the online offer, which indicated a reduction of $2,500.00 off the original amount. However the details were on the last page (total of 5 page were printed) in very small print...so I missed out on the deal. The dealer did not even mention the actual price or the special offer all the time I was there.
