run of the mill dealership, nothing special. a couple shady things but hey that’s every dealer nowadays. disclaimers: you can only finance at this dealer, no full cash payment. you also need to put a good down payment on top of the online price. i didn’t encounter any “dealer fees” like the other reviews are stating. however i was shocked when they hit me with “you need to put $3k down for the online price, it’s in our fine print.” which is understandable but is still shady since they hide it til you get there. they kept bringing up how the car “COMES with a 2 year warranty which is great” as if it is bundled with my purchase, just for them to tack it on the receipt for over $2k at the end. i obviously chose not to pay for that. they also claimed they were going to do an oil change before handing me the car which was a complete lie. they didn’t even bother topping the oil off. it was old and below the halfway mark when checking the dipstick. why even lie about something like that? finally some good things: they did give me a very fair deal on my trade in. i have bad credit and they lowered my interest a lot from the original percentage but that’s partially because i was refusing to buy the car after 3 hours of talking to them haha. i wanna say the salesman was very nice and friendly but that’s how he sells cars so i won’t touch on that any further.

I just purchased a pre owned 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport from Best Auto Outlet today and I could not be happier with the service I received, especially from my sales rep Carlos, and also from John and Rick, Sr. I went to 6 different dealers in one day, and by the time I went to Best Auto Outlet I no longer trusted anyone. Carlos immediately put me at ease, and he explained everything in a way that made sense. I felt I finally found the right and honest dealer I was looking for. John also came and sat with Carlos and me and we went over everything together so I completely understood the process and pricing. Rick, Sr. handled my financing and made suggestions that I hadn't thought of. He helped me get the best deal there was. I feel like I made new friends there, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them. If you're looking for a car, stop in to Best Auto Outlet...if your half as happy as I am, you'll be thrilled. Great experience! My son got the car he has been wanting for so long. The car looks brand new. Excellent condition. Besides the 5,000 dollar extra fee we are very happy costumers. Shak was amazing to work with.

DON’T Waste your time. Would not recommend at all. I agree 100% of all the reviews that gave one star. Totally correct how they put one price online then you get there that’s not the actual price. Took hrs from my day to find this out. Also do your inspection look carefully before buying. And owner don’t bother to tell me to get educated because I do my homework before I ever post any negative comment. You post a car that’s $35,000 ish then I get there now the car is $45,000. Because that $5000 before your ridiculous fees Is still my money that I have to put a down payment. Which now the car is worth $39,000ish then add all your fees you get $45,000. You might want to be honest on line so people can trust you. Not everyone is dumb to come and look at your monthly fees that are low and agree to buy a car from you. And you can keep your smart comments for people that care.

Best Auto Outlet is awesome! They have fantastic and very good sales people. I purchased a Toyota Rav4 and they really tend to my needs and budget. Shout out to the manager, John D, and Chak i hope i spelled his name right for helping me out in my purchase. It was a long day for me and they see to it that I go home with a new car. I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Best Auto Outlet for your car needs!

!!BUYER BEWARE!! Please do your research before going to this dealer like I did. Every car on their website is priced if you put 5k down!! Prices look great but turn out to be terrible. So basically add 5k to whatever price you see online. From a great deal online to reading the fine print on the BOTTOM of their website, turns into a terrible deal. Idk how places like this operate this way.

i would give this palce a no star r.. be carefule when you purchase any car from them. the finance people tell you that you have to make a down payment wich will go toward the loan, however thats a lie, the down payment goes complete toward the dealer fees and when we tryed to dipsut the charges rick who is the owner said how do you think we make money, this place is a big joke and i regret getting my vechile from there . never again.. please ask question guys make sure you review all the fine print

Shady dealership, carefully read the fine prints.. I was asked to pay 5K more on the list price.. which is scam. Looks like they are running a scam.. be careful.

SCAM ALERT. I would give zero stars if I could. Luckily i looked at reviews before going in. They list an internet price, which is at least $5,000 less than what the car actually costs. I scheduled a test drive but called first to ask what the actual cost would be. This is a SCAM. Look it up online. I’m going to report them to BBB immediately. Thankfully I didn’t take the hours out of my day to go test drive a car that they wanted to charge me $5,000 more than the listed price.
