Just came to Star Auto to purchase our vehicle. Mr. Green was the sales person to attend to us. He was very very courteous. Even brought my husband and I an umbrella because it began pouring on us while we were checking out the vehicle. Very nice, young man. Any friends and family looking to buy a vehicle, this is the man too see. Very kind and very courteous. So happy I had the pleasure to meet him and do business with him.

Went in to trade up on an SUV, and came out satisfied.. They had they vehicle they advertised, it had all the features they promised, and they also honored the price.. We weren't able to come to a deal on the trade-in, but no points against them for that.. They were fair, very personable and very helpful.. Special thanks to the Sales Rep Leon for helping me throughout.. And to the Finance department for getting me a great rate, and the service guys for giving me the true condition of the car.. This is my second vehicle from Star, and I will definitely be returning for all of our car needs.. Honesty, and fairness, with a healthy amount of friendliness.. If i could give Queens Star less than 1 i would. I purchased a jeep grand Cherokee for 20k, second day i drove the car an engine problem came up. After a week part of the engine was gone. They made me spent 5 days without the car. When i asked for my money back, they refused to do so. They are misleading people, and selling the used cars without checking them
