My experience started before the boutique! April The sales person answered the phone.... I explained it was my mother in law birthday. I had a lot going on and I wasn’t able to order her bag in time. April then begin to engage me in conversation and ask me about the particular bag unfortunately they didn’t have in the store but she gave me several options. We finally figured out a particular bag. I walked into the store and ask for her in particular she greeted me with a smile we looked around I looked at the different bags I change the bag she was so patient so warm so fuzzy professional not only did I leave out of there with a bag from my mother-in-law but I left out with one for myself. I will definitely continue to be Aprils customer!! Thank you for the exceptional experience!’n

Had to wait outside the store about 5 minutes until some customers left... its a 4 person limit at the moment, which is understandable, there was only one person working and the space isn't that big. Lovely selection of Brahmins, I got what I came for & it was on sale, even better! Sales rep was okay ‍

The absolute worst experience I have ever had regarding customer experience especially with a high end item. The manager of the store talk to me like I was stupid and ignorant. The previous experience with this store had been exceptional. I have no idea what this manager was thinking and what she was trying to convey. Very unprofessional and customer focused.

Yeah I was here with my wife at the brahmin store and she waited outside for 30 mins cause the lady locked the doors inside we shouldn't be stero typing or neglected anyone cause what they have on or the color of there skin it's make me sick bad customer service
