Brand New Smiles

Went there today for my first visit, and wow the customer service is outstanding. Dr. Brand really makes the visit relaxing along with all of his employees. You are never felt rushed like I have seen in many other dental offices. I would recommend all to go and check out Brand New Smiles...

We have been patients of Dr. Brand's for over a decade and will never go to anyone else! He is the most caring, thoughtful dentist you will ever encounter and he never encourages procedures that are not absolutely necessary (unlike past experiences we had with other dentists!) And the entire staff, from front desk to hygienists, are truly wonderful, kind and pleasant professionals to do business with. I cannot recommend a dental office more highly than his:)

I have been a patient of Dr Brand's for almost 15 years... & can't say enough good things about BRAND NEW SMILES! If you don't enjoy the classic dental experience, you need to know it's different here, as I used to dread going to the dentist, & those days are past. I've gone to Dr Brand for regular check-ups, Invisalign, teeth cleaning, cosmetic bonding, whitening, you name it... & have always been more than pleased! My husband is a patient, my cousin and my 94-year-old Mom... who had dental implants with Dr Brand when her dentures would not fit and the situation became dangerous, due to extreme weight loss. He was BEYOND helpful, working tirelessly to get her bite perfect; she's now well & back to her original weight; THANK YOU, Dr Brand! Although not an established patient, went for a second opinion today. Could not have been happier with Dr. Brand and his staff. He was straight forward and not only gave me the details I needed to know, but enhanced the x-rays in front of me and showed me what he was referencing. The front desk staff, even at 6:50am were extremely cheerful and pleasant, and my hygienist was extremely nice. I could not have been more excited to go to this dentist, and am looking forward to becoming a new patient of Dr. Brand's.

HIGHLY recommended. I had been battling an infection for over 6 days. I couldn't bare the pain anymore. I have two children with medical special needs and I stopped caring for my ownself to care for them. My dental health declined fast. I was in extreme pain and embarrassed where my life had brought me. They didn't care about anything other than making me feel absolutely better. I am use to doing for others, I have never been on the receiving side of someone's kindness. They went out of their way and worked with me to get me to feeling better and in less pain. You are in great hands with this group. They care deeply about every patient that walks through their doors. Don't allow your pride to get help and take care of you. They want you to feel comfortable there as well as when you leave. Great, great loving and compassionate staff.
