Amazing customer service!!! I brought numerous items with different transactions to return today and I could not have been happier with the staff that helped me. They were extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease. It is refreshing to see people in the retail industry that truly care and I am definitely coming back to this store! Thank you ladies, you are the best!

I've been a loyal customer at that location for the past 6 years, I never returned nor exchanged an item until recently. The amount of negative attitude I have received from the sales associate over a $40 pair of shorts was awful! The shorts were returned brand new with all of the tags attached and never worn, I simply found another pair that I liked and didn't want those Lucky pair anymore. The associate was somewhat interrogating me by saying "... and what's wrong with these shorts?" Do I owe an explanation returning a pair of brand new shorts? I had no problem giving the honest answer but the delivery of that question was awful! The staff has always been pleasant until I've met this employee, it's not like I am returning the whole purchase I've made previously - I've simply returned a pair of shorts that were on sale, no big deal. After the return was done, the customer service was even worse - she started walking to return the shorts back to the show table with no "have a good day", nothibg. I've worked in retail in my younger years and I'd never treat any customer (paying or not) with such disrespect. Period.
