Ok so I had to come back and leave a second review. I have had multiple resurgences in my case and every time they happen Tom has provided me with sound advice and amazing representation in the court room. Tom worked very hard and fast on my case my son was abused by his mother and Tom won my case and I have temporary emergency custody if it wasn't for Tom I wouldn't have known what to do sense I'm from Washington and mother is from Oregon and sense the abuse happens in Oregon child protection wouldn't investigate I had to call my local police department and they had to come make a report before child protection would do anything WA finally opened up what they called a risk case and when it came to court we were not able to get the documents in time on our own Tom stepped in and was able to get the documents we needed for court and presented them very nicely and what should have only been an hour long court was 4 hours long and Tom was very patient and worked with us he cut the cost at the end in half and told us that if we ever needed an attorney again he was there I highly recommend Tom braiser
