My first meeting with someone went really well and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. But since then, I've had to deal with another employee who is doesn't seem to know what's going on. Told me false information so I had to call Apple to get the correct info. So frustrating, and now I'm waiting another week for my computer to get repaired. I'd rather just go to the Apple Store next time.

Took my 3-4 year old iMac in for Hard-drive issues. Called the next day to go over some options. Dan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Was able to pick it up the next day.
