I called and asked if they do men’s beard waxing because shaving causes me to get razor bumps. The receptionist clearly didn’t know but insisted that they did and quoted me a price over the phone. I drove over there, walked in , no greeting. That’s fine whatever. I waited for the receptionist to acknowledge me and she kept saying okay let me look for that service. A lady with scrubs who I’m assuming is one of the waxing ladies , walked inside. The receptionist began to ask her and she abruptly cut her off and said no we don’t have men’s facial hair service and slammed something and turned around and left. I just ended up leaving I didn’t even have the energy to go back and forth. Waste of time , waste of gas, nasty attitudes , don’t go here. Try European or Serving faces instead.

No bad place to get waxes two reasons why I stopped coming. 1. No refunds if you don’t call about wanting to cancel. I understand this policy however it frustrated me when they didn’t answer the phone . And they still refused to give me a refund. 2. Prices increased. If you’re going to charge someone for no show and increase prices I’m sure it’s not the customers who’s to blame here for this. Again I love this place meaning the women who waxed me were prepared and super sweet. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 1 star.Services: Brazilian waxing
