I am very disappointed in your new policy regarding the Money Mailer coupon. I was in this past week and purchased flowers,plants, etc. I went to pay and showed the cashier my coupon from Money Mailer. She said I had to have a paper copy in order to get the discount. No where on the coupon does it say that you need to bring the paper copy in..I strongly suggest you put in print BOLDLY if that is your new policy We are in a paperless world which is why I downloaded their app instead of saving the paper. She checked with the manager and again I was told I couldn't use the coupon from the Money Mailer App. I have always purchased my landscaping needs from Breezy Hill and have used the App coupon when we have previously purchased. I am a very unhappy customer.

This is your average run of the mill nursery. The pictures on Google maps depict a beautiful property with a lake, gorgeous greenery, landscaping, etc. I thought it was going to be a wonderful place to take the kids to pick out our fall decorations. Those pictures were of client's properties, not the actual nursery. Wish that would have been clearly indicated. To top it off their fall selection was really kind of limited. They created a beautiful landscape design for our home. They also performed the plant selection and installation. It looks amazing and we are very picky. Pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

Plant bed has intermittent dead plantings. Some are completely dried up yet next to Those are healthier plants of the same type. The soil is either overly acidic or the wood chips are depleting nutrients. I was given the brush off when told there is a one year warranty and didn't hear back. The Japanese maple is not the same type as given in the quote and it wasn't placed well as it was to be a focal point. A speciman tree in front of the dining room window. I'm removing that whole dead bed and getting a real speciman tree. This was extremely expensive. Not what the mow-and-go landscapers would have charged I'm sure. Very disappointed.

Purchased 25 shrubs from Breezy Hill. Front office staff was professional and knowledgeable. Set up a delivery date for installation and followed up with phone calls to let us know of any changes. Installation crew was beyond polite and very hard working. We are well pleased with Breezy Hill.
