Brentwood Police Department

All white cops no black cops except a high ranking officer that's a lieutenant , they love sitting on businesses parking lots like target at Brentwood Promenade , Dierbergs at Brentwood Pointe , Quiktrip S. Hanley rd , Home Depot S. Hanley rd , McDonald's S. Hanley rd , between Richmond Heights Maplewood and Brentwood police department all three police departments are freaking lazy. I've seen all three police departments harassing the black homeless people why does it take 4 and 5 police officers on one call when there's hardly any police officers that works at these three police departments. Brentwood police officers harassing black homeless people but they're sitting on private property faithfully hiding in the cut or behind buildings , including on the side of buildings the Brentwood police department needs to be stopped from trespassing on private being the police doesn't give them the right to sit on private property for 30-45 minutes or longer if there's more officers. They respond to a call then sit around on private property talking among themselves when they should be returning to the station or finish patrolling , from what I've seen lately seems like Brentwood Maplewood and Richmond Heights police officers love's hassling black people on a daily basis and why is it that Brentwood police department don't have more black police officers ? Richmond Heights and Maplewood police department has more than just one black police officer I feel sorry for the black people that are pulled over by all white police officers especially at Quiktrip it's embarrassing for these three police departments to be pulling people over at gas stations and stores but , nobody trusts the police anymore so they're always fearing for their safety due to corruption in these police departments that's often overlooked by old high ranking officers that's been on the job way too long and need to retire immediately how does a person remain a police officer over age 55 ?

I called the non-emergency number to see if there were any reports filed about a stolen bicycle. I was told the bike was last seen in Brentwood and 170, the seller had several bikes that were assumed stolen. The lady was rude and completely unhelpful. She couldn't be bothered to check if a report was made for anything on the date I gave her. She was adamant only the owner would file, the fact said thief had several stolen bikes didn't matter, and since it was stolen from CWE, I'd need to call St. Louis City. She wouldn't listen to what I was saying, and ended up hanging up on me. Terrible public service.
