Having you and your family members giving you rave reviews on your own website is not only laughable but only goes to show the desperation and lengths you will go to. Mr. Whipple did not represent me but did represent someone very close to me. Needless to say he lost the case, no surprise there. The manner in which he attempts to discredit witnesses is deplorable... Anything or anyone is fair game as long as he gets his Almighty dollar... Run for your life.. You are better off representing yourself, won't lose your shirt doing it and won't loose everyone in your life in the process. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Thank you Mr. Whipple for fighting the good fight. You had our backs and never forgot what you were fighting for. Shame other lawyers didn't have the class and character you did and were only out for some TV camera time and money like Todd Leventhal. Brett Whipple is a champion of the people. Thank you thank you thank you.

Just filed a bar complaint against him for not showing up to 2 court appearances which caused me 5,000 sanction. I also learned he is currently on probation with the Nevada state bar and could be suspended. you can see the complaint at bar complaint.com just type Whipple.
