These guys are great! My old man used to inspect all repair shops and dealerships, and he says Mike is very trustworthy and a great mechanic. We drive 30 minutes for Mike's work. I just bought a car that was worked on very recently, and I found a oil leak. Mike fixed it right for a fair price.

If i could give less stars... i found the repair side to be blatantly dishonest with their diagnosis and their pricing. When i caught them in the lie they refused to discuss with me or the BBB. Check their Better Business Bureau rating if for some reason you really want to use them. there are many better options locally. i found a great guy at "Action Jackson" who was able to fix what this clown didn't even bother looking for. If you insist on using these guys, pay with a credit card that you can dispute fraudulent charges on... you've been warned. Best of luck.

Cathy in sales worked with me for a few weeks to recommend the best car for my teenage daughter. The process was very clean and I am very happy with the car. I would highly recommend if you want an honest buying experience.

Brewer Automotive has always bent over backwards to help us and anyone we recommend to them. They do quality work, stand behind it, will even pick you up/drop you off. I'd wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Wrong diagnosis, exaggerated prices, awful communication, never there during scheduled pick up time. 0 stars if I could. Review is of this week, but an actual 8 month delay.

Mike and Ray are great mechanics and its the only place I take my car to in Charlotte.
