Dr. Buggie has a private clinical practice in West Chelsea of Manhattan and a group practice, London Terrace Psychiatry. He is also the founder of House Call Psychiatrists, a network of board certified and licensed psychiatrists in Manhattan with extensive experience making psychiatric home visits.

In addition to his private practice, he is an attending physician in several psychiatric emergency rooms with admitting privileges to Roosevelt Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital, members of the Mount Sinai Health System. He works closely with local Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams which are home-based psychiatric outreach programs as well as a homeless shelter in Harlem.
