I called the hotel as a business to business call asking who to speak with about doing some free sponsored key cards for the hotel. Cindy answered the call and rudely hung up on me maybe 10 seconds in to the call. It was not a "salesy" call nor was I rude, but rather upbeat and polite. She could have handled that call in many different and better ways. I can only hope that when I call back I speak with someone else and they are more pleasant. This is the hospitality industry right?
No issues with the temp! The AC and Heater have worked great. GREAT Location 2 blocks from Fremont and Friendly Employees. Comfortable Bed and HBO, Clean Shower.Rooms: 4/5
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, I paid for a QUEEN BED and the bed was just a full. We went down to ask if they put us in the wrong room, but they said "all our rooms are queens." Not true, it was a full. Second, it was disgusting. Towels that touched the ground turned brown from dirt, looked like there was mold in the bathroom, holes in sheets, and COCKROACHES. We killed at least 3. Not sure how many more were crawling over our stuff. I feel like I need a tetanus shot after staying here
They were so rude!! My boyfriend and I went through booking.com and reserved the room but when we got there the woman at the front desk was rude and started yelling at us because my boyfriend didn’t have his ID then she told us to leave and I had to threaten to take them to court because they wouldn’t give me my money back for a room that I didn’t even step foot in. The lobby alone looked dirty so I could only imagine how the rooms looked, I made the reservation on 4-1-21 and fought with them over the phone until 4-9-21 for them to refund my money. I finally have my money back but over all horrible experience and don’t waist your time.
Nicest lady behind the desk. Honestly i didnt stay in the rooms. But she was so helpful when i was lost and needed assistance. So i had to mention it!!!!!!!!!!!
As a customer last August the staff was great, friendly and helpful with any issues or requests. The price of $350 a week is overpriced based on very small rooms and complete lack of amenities. With The Fremont Street Experience so close I did expect to pay more. And I did. Looking back now I remember having a good stay to be fair.
The lady was nice she let me check in with my expired license for two nights and I had to leave early for personal reasons she gave me my refund no issues room was nice and clean I def recommend to others to stayRooms: 5/5
Awesome staff. Very friendly. I enjoyed the familiar and comfortable atmosphere. Lets not forget the wonderful coffee. Rooms a little small but hey! You're in Vegas! What are you doing in your room when the Fremont experience is a hop and a skip away! Loved Loved Loved it! Will definitely stay there again! Special thanks to that ray of sunshine at the front desk Manda. :
The Bridger Inn would be far more appealing and do quiet more revenue for this business if the Property was cleaned and Maintained on a regular basis, employees looked & acted friendlier to customers and passerbys. All in all the Bridger Inn could do far better with there employment staff, building and property maintenance, upkeep. Needles to say for those of you who haven't seen or rented from here, I suggest you take your well hard earned money and go with a better, cleaner, friendlier, safer maintained Inn, Hotel, Motel Etc etc. This Inn is simply not in anyone's best interest, I suggest you keep driving on
