BrightStar Care Little Rock/Hot Springs

After 60 years of marriage, my husband suffered a head injury and after a long recovery in the Emergency Room, Hospital Rehab, and Skilled Nursing Rehab, he was sent home. BrightStar Care’s Registered Nurse came and assessed my husband to get baselines of what his status was, they learned the discharge plans from the rehab, and they put together a comprehensive plan of care for his new circumstances in our home. My husband is a Veteran of the Korean War, and BrightStar helped us work with the VA to get him Personal Care and Respite benefits paid by the VA. They were also able to help us with our application for the Veterans Aide and Attendant Benefit. They even recommended and Elder Law attorney to help us with our estate planning. The manager at BrightStar accompanied our caregiver on her first shift to introduce her and make sure we were comfortable. She also made sure the caregiver knew what tasks needed completed per the plan of care left in our home. Our caregiver Shay and the rest of the team have been a God send. They assist with bathing, linen changes, laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, transferring, and companionship (watching and discussing Westerns). BrightStar did a wonderful job pairing up several caregivers with Bill and me. Without them and the wonderful support of BrightStar, my life would be very difficult. I know I am truly blessed and lucky for BrightStar giving Bill and I the opportunity to live life to its fullest. I highly recommend this company!!! Pat

I Enjoy Very Much Working For BrightStarCare Very Much, It Has Been A Pleasure to Have A very fun and outgoing staff.... By far though I must say I love Brooke at the North Little Rock Office, she's always so sweet, and always trying to make sure I have work and checks on me and when I ask her something she always has a answer not that anyone else doesn't I love Ms. Carrie as well she has always been kind and sweet and always trust to keep me busy and with Brooke I just always end up speaking to her... When I go to the office she is always who I see and we just talk as if I've known her for years lol she's too sweet and a great Boss who I love dearly.... Brooke You Rock!!!!!!! I haven't worked here very long but I would highly recommend it to any cna looking for a job that is flexible with you! As a caregiver for brightstar I have met some wonderful, wonderful patients! I prefer to work one on one with someone verses have 13 patients to 1 cna. Highly recommended them! Some of the best employers I've ever had!

Bright Star has always been wonderful to work with and I have heard nothing but positive experiences from the patients that have used their services. Brightstar is always on the top of my list for Home Care Companies in Central Arkansas.
