Lenelle is a very rude person. She should be fire from her job. Impatient and non compromise.

This is can't do agency . They can't do this, they don't do that.  I have had better service with other agencies that gives 100% . The tone of the nurses is unpleasant like "whatever", we are getting money off you with little care in return.  Most agency advicate for there patients.  If I had to compare services they would get a one on a scale of ten.   I will be getting a referral back to one of the better agebcy,.

Intrepid's RNs were so wonderful caring for my Nana! They became like family to us.
