This dentist office used to be very good and the services were great and patient when they just opened the business at the beginning. But now they’re out of patient and having bad attitude specially the front desk. I think they are having too much appointments daily and drive them crazy. Out of control maybe.
My family would go for cleaning and I had nothing to say but good things, BUT today my dad went to his appointment 6th floor for cleaning on time, they called him in for X-ray and left him in the room for a while. My dad went outside to ask “how come he is not being seen” and that he even fell asleep waiting in the room. Receptionist told him “they doctor, assistant etc went to eat”. Why bother scheduling appts when you leave the patient in the room?. Once they came back from “lunch”, they called other people in and my dad didn’t leave after two hours. Very unprofessional and unacceptable!
This place is a joke. The front desk is extremely unprofessional and has no medical insurance knowledge. I called in January and they confirmed they accepted Delta Dental. I came in a week later and gave their my insurance card and confirmed again Delta Dental is acceptable. So they submitted a claim for tooth crowns for me. Two months later, 0 updates from the clinic. I had to follow up and follow up and follow up again and again and again and they eventually told me my claim was rejected and they did not know why. They would submit another claim. And then 0 updates in the following 3 months. So I followed up again in June and they pushed me to another guy with a last name Xia who’s in charge of submitting claims and told me to speak to him. Isn’t this the front desk’ responsibility? Don’t they get paid for doing their job? Mr. Xia then told me the crown claim won’t work with Delta Dental. I called Delta Dental myself and confirmed that Mitchell Yeh is within their network, but Mr. Xia provided incorrect information so they could not identify the supplier. Then the front desk called me back saying that we could hold on the crowns and do my tooth decay first. I asked the front desk to confirm with doctor if this is doable. They SAID YES, so we scheduled an appointment In August. The day before the appointment, they called again saying that my insurance is not acceptable at all so they cannot provide any covered service to me, which is not true since they ARE in Delta Dental’s network. They were kicking the soccer to each other the whole time to avoid responsibility. The situation that whoever Xia is provided incorrect information, and the unprofessional front desk also provided wrongful information, had made me waited for 8 months and made my teeth health situation worse. I will file complaints to associated government agencies.
Recommended by friends, did not disappoint. Went there for footh scaling. The wait was short. The dental hygienist was efficient and finish the procedure was completed in a timely manner. Dr Yeh was extremely friendly and explained potenetial problems with my teeth and measures to prevent/correct them. The receptionists are very helpful with the billing documents my insurance required. Overall, you can't ask for better service than what they offer. I would give more than 5 stars if I can!
Bad service, especially the dental assistant in the basement, she is irresponsible and has no patience with patients. She wouldn't remind me to go to the dentist again that day just because I forgot to answer her call the day before when I was busy. When I got there, she kept blaming me and replacing my appointment. I don't like her attitude, it makes me feel sick.
Highly recommend this dental office! Especially credit to Dr. Yeh and dental hygienist . Dr. Yeh is very patience and friendly, he explained in details with what his plans for my teeth and all questions I was concerning about invisalign. Also the dental hygienist is very nice and warm, she does good job at cleaning my teeth.
Avoid this place by all means! I have 3 fillings done on May 28th and they all fell off on the next day! The staffs are unprofessional and lack of skills. The dentist doesn’t even introduce himself before the procedure. TBH I have no ideas whether the person who did the fillings for me is truly a dentist. During the procedure, they discussed other patients case rather than focusing on my filling procedure. IF YOU WANT A GOOD DENTAL WORK, FIND ANOTHER PLACE!! Updated 6/10/2021: After reading the response from the owner, I am totally disgusted by this practice. Yes, I am that patient and I indeed went to your 6th floor office. I never had another treatment from you office as dissatisfied as it seems and, interesting, the front desk did not even bother to schedule future appointments with me or even acknowledged my exit after my filling was done. Friendly reminder, if you have billed the “additional treatments” that you claimed I have received from your office, that could potentially be medical frauds as well, since I never stepped foot in your office since 5/28. Your response demonstrates your practice is not merely unprofessional; it lacks of ethic since you fabricated a story of me receiving additional treatments from your office, trying to discredit my actual experience. Shameless.
The dental office is extremely nice, also has good management. At last time, I saw a person who was rude and yelling to the assistant about quickly arrange her to see doctor, she always said her appointment makes at 12 o’clock and was waiting so long, but I just saw her came like a few minutes ago at 2 P.M. When I hear the assistant tell her to need to wait for other patients to see a doctor at first because of her late, I was not afraid my appointment would be to delay. On the other hand, the doctor so friendly tells me how to save money or how to use insurance to get healthy teeth. The front desk’s service very friendly, they tell me what kind of insurance best for the dental.
Super long wait despite an appointment. Here for a cleaning and the dentist did not do a good job- took less than 3 mins for cleaning and he didn’t finish with a polish like all the other ones I been to- when I asked, he said my teeth are in good shape, no need for one... uhh ok. My teeth don’t feel clean after.... It was kinda like a joke, will not return.
Called numerous times, no one can answer the phone, always on voicemail.
