I had a toothache. I went to see doctor Katie Lim on 7th Avenue in Brooklyn. She did root canal in one visit and in the second visit wanted me to put a crown. In the second visit I told her that I wasn’t ready to put the crown because I still had pain. She forced me to put the crown and I strongly refuse to do it. So she got upset and was rough in my mouth. I already paid for first visit $950. They wanted me to pay $950 more for the crown. I still had so much pain… why put the crown when the root canal was not successful!! She put something in my teeth and I was in tears from the pain. Finally, I made appointment with the owner doctor Jane Young at their other office on Elizabeth street in Manhattan. She gave me antibiotics for one week but my pain did not go away . Right now I can’t chew food and cannot drink cold water . the pain is there all the time. Doctor Jane told me not to hurry to put the crown on when I’m still pain. I could wait for a year. But doctor Katie tried to force me to put the crown in the second visit . I had experience with root canal before. It took 2-3 visits for the root canal only. These people rushed everything and did a bad job like this … I need to see other dentists and start all over again .

Everyone I’ve interacted with at the office is super nice, patient, and works efficiently. The dentist works quickly and listened to my concerns. I came in with raging migraine from a toothache I couldn’t chew…I can barely open my mouth. I asked Dr. Lo if he can just pull the teeth because it was hurting me to just open my mouth but he said he can save my tooth and he did. I’ll always be grateful for that.

STAY AWAY!!! Front desk was okay, dentist assistant was very nice. However, the doctor had a bad attitude and was so impatient when treating my mom. He was not professional at all, of course I called him out. There are so many dental clinics in the area, avoid this one!! They just care about making money out of your insurance, not professional at all!

This dentist doesn't know what he doing. Can't film cavities properly, doesn't understand bruxism, and frankly doesn't care about his patients and gets impatient. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Ho is very professional and thorough with his work. He is very fun to talk to as well. I felt at ease such that I went and removed three wisdom teeth and it went smoother than I thought. Respect and appreciation all to Dr. Ho and staff.

I had a first appointment today with Dr. Lo and found the whole experience quite excellent. The office staff was kind and informative, especially around insurance and payment. Dr. Lo explained everything in careful detail, gave me helpful options and then performed a filling procedure in record time with no pain. I appreciated that he gave me realistic expectations about the results and suggested the least invasive procedure. He was also just a lovely person - which always helps in any medical setting. I will definitely be back for future care and will send all my family to him as well!

Stay away!!! Worst dental experience ever! Dentists was impatient and impolite, jobs they’ve done was very unprofessional.

Good job. Profession and Excellent .Doctor Ho used his professional skills to find out the other two decayed teeth of my son. He originally checked them at other dental clinics and that they said only one decayed tooth. Today, my son was lucky to meet the professional skills of Doctor Ho. He helped my son repair three decayed teeth by proficient his and quickly. My son said that he felt no pain at all.

I went there for wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Ho was very professional and nice. I have anxiety about going to the dentist but he was patient with me and answered any questions I had. The process was relatively painless and quick. He also gave me a post care information sheet.
