I was previously with Protect America and had no complaints. I tried to cancel with Brinks and they made it extremely difficult and would not take no for an answer. I had to call multiple times to get them to send the cancellation paperwork. I would not recommend them.

Terrible experience of predatory sales person coming to our home daily - stop. Your company shouldn't allow these things, please.

Terrible system. I have cancelled this service months ago and Brinks still charges my bank account! Fraud! I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank. Negative stars! I am with a better company with awesome customer service!

Do not use this company! Awful equipment that they will not fix or stand behind. Don’t waste your time or money!

I have a Brinks alarm and I have called them twice today. After holding and getting a support person, both times we were talking and their phone system dropped the call. As well they did not once try to call me back! I will be looking for a new company! I don't like to give such low reviews, but they earned it!
