UPDATE: I am changing this review back to 5 stars. Ronnie made contact and corrected the issue. He was very professional and genuine as to the reason of delay. This company was recommended the first time and the service was great. But now being ignored. Have been trying for the last 4 weeks, left numerous messages regarding the issue of not being able to view on phone and a estimate on additional camera. Being told each time Ronnie will call, still waiting...no phonecalls. Unless this company calls and corrects the issue soon, I will not be recommending this company.

Have a great 5 star experience the first time they did work for us. Unfortunately, when I asked for a follow-up smaller job a couple months later they ignored me. They Promised a call back that never happened. I figured they only do larger jobs, won't support additional work later. If not so, prove me wrong and I'll modify this review. Update ! I am modifying because within 2 weeks I was contacted which is everything for customer service. Thank you

I found In The Sky on google and all the reviews were right! Ronny and Isaac are great! I installed a 10 camera system, some with microphones, 2 screens and some other features. Everything went smooth. I had a issue to which they responded quickly and came back to fix with no questions asked! Im very pleased and its my pleasure to leave a positive review for such a great company!
