The laundry attendants are nice and friendly and helpful especially the older lady that works there. Washers wash clean and dryers are pretty good also. I wish the washers suds some more

Employee was super nice, insisted I bring my bike inside because I didn't have a lock. She was helpful and nice. Place was clean with 4 different size washers and 2 sizes of dryers, both big but the bigger one was for up to 75 lbs of clothes. I used the latter because I usually have so much and it was awesome. It's my new laundromat for sure!!!!!

The woman who greets you upon entry is extremely kind and helpful. A CAVEAT: Although the dryers get hot quickly, they are outdated and prone to leaving random oily spots on clothes. A shame, as the store is very clean, read-while-you-wait serene, in a convenient location, and the customer service is superb.

Brought a variety of items in: Three polos +$5 each which each had different types of stains. None of the stains were cleaned. I also brought a 100% Merino Wool sweater which shrunk considerably after their 'service'. Pants came out OK. I will never trust them with my clothes ever again.

Let me start by saying this place deserves 5 stars because of the staff. Pauly, Cliff et al. are very friendly, community-oriented and hardworking. Some important details regarding the services provided: Drop-off laundry: Usual turnaround time of 24 hours. Clothes will be folded and organized neatly in a plastic bag. Be prepared to lose and gain a few socks you didn't have prior. All clothes are dried on high heat, so obviously don't include cashmere/wool sweaters or non-compatible jeans. Dry cleaning: Outsourced to a third party. Turnaround time is 3-5 days. Price doesn't justify the result. I advise going down the street to Sturgis Cleaners instead.

Paul,the only gentleman working on this night was a complete gentleman and he's also a SB Native. The place is very clean and not a lot of traffic in and out of the building

Was on a trip needed to clean some things it was close and convenient. Enough machines for a local place.

We could not thank Aida enough. Such a lovely lady that was very kind and helpful.
